Downloads
All templates and digital downloads are availible for immidiate download once you have completed checkout.
Postage
While all care is taken before we post your labels we cannot guarantee their condition when they arrive to you.
We put all labels into a plastic sleeve and then into a manilla folder before they are placed into an envelope.
A do not bend sticker is applied.
This is all we can do our end to ensure your label arrive to you in excellent condition.
If for some reason they do not then we cannot take responsibility.
Proofs
Please ensure that when you send us the details you would like on your labels you check all spelling as we copy and paste that directly into our label program.
We will email you a proof of your design before it is printed and you will need to double check all information again.
If you do not pick up any spelling errors in the proof but sign off on it then there will be no replacements sent free of charge.
They will need to be fixed up and reprinted at the same cost of the original labels.
So please check over all proofs before you sign off on a job as it can end up being a costly mistake.
