Q: What label sizes do you have available?
A: We are updating our label range all the time based on customer requests and sales records.

Q: If you don't have something I like can you design something for me?
A: Yes, of course. Most of our customers come to us with requests do do custom work.
It is a big part of our service and we are more then happy to design something special for you.


Q: I have completed checkout and I'm not sure what to do now?
A: Once you have completed checkout please email us
or use the contact button in eBay to let us know what is is you require.
You can request the size you would like,
attach photos and let us know the wording you would like added to your new labels,
invitations or custom design.


Q: Your listing said you will send through a proof via email, what is this?
A: After we have your design request we work on making you a label or design to suit your needs.
We will then take a screen capture of this design and email you a sample/proof.
It is an image that shows what we have come up with.
We ask that you check it over carefully to make sure all spelling and details are correct.
Once you have signed off on the proof we print them off and post to you.


Q: How long does it take for you to post my lables?
A: After you have signed off on your proof we usually print them off right away.
They will then be put in the post on the next business day.
Please Allow up to 5 working days for your labels to arrive, but normally it is with-in 3 days.


Q:My order arrived but is damaged, now what?
A: We do everything in our power to make sure your order arrives to you safely.
They are placed in a plastic sleeve, then into a manilla folder before going into an A4 envelope.
We also place a "DO NOT BEND" sticker on the envelope.
Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any mishaps caused by Aus Post, so we do recommend that you get insurance.
